摘  要:目的:根据新生儿围产期窒息及高胆红素血症时心肌酶谱的变化的对比,分析其引起心肌损害的严重程度。方法:统计我院2008年收治的围产期缺氧40例,及新生儿高间接胆红素血症患儿30例,对其心肌酶谱的变化予以对比。结果:2组间差异有统计学意义,2组谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、羟丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶差异均有统计学意义( P<0.001),谷丙转氨酶差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:窒息缺氧对心肌损害较大。Objective:To compare with the changes of enzyme myocardial between asphyxia during perinatal period and hyperbilirubi -nemia to analyse caused the severity of cardiac damage .Methods:Compare the changes of enzyme myocardial between 40 group asphyxia during perinatal period and 30group neonate High indirect bilirubin concentration of our hospital in 2008.Results:There was statistical sig-nificances of discrepancy.The discrepancies of AST、LDH、α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB had statistical significances of(P〈0.001), there was no statistical significance of ALT discrepancy (P〉0.05).Conclusion:Asphyxia could affect myocardium badly .
