2种不同锁骨下中心静脉导管穿刺点止血方法的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：通过比较2种不同的止血方法，探讨减少锁骨下中心静脉导管穿刺点渗血的方法。方法：将行锁骨下中心静脉置管术的患者分为实验组（200例）与对照组（91例），用2种不同的方法止血。统计2组出现的渗血情况、脱管例数和患者满意度，采用R ×C表的x2检验和2×2表的x2检验分析数据。结果：发生0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级渗血的构成比差异在实验组与对照组中有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；实验组与对照组0级渗血、Ⅰ级渗血的发生率和患者满意度的差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：采用无菌方形纱布制作成方形纱球，接着用无菌胶带固定成方形纱球置于穿刺点，最后采用3M透明敷料无张力粘贴的止血方法效果极佳，值得推广。Objective：To investigate the methods to decrease errhysis in Subclavian Central venous catheter puncture site by comparing the two difference hemostasis methods .Methods：The patients who need to done Subclavian central venous catheterization were divided into experimental group （200 cases） and control group （91 cases）, using two difference methods to hemostasis .The cases of errhysis, the number of central venous catheter prolapse and the patients degree of satisfaction were were be Statisticsed .The 2 ×2 contingency table forχ2 test and R ×C contingency table for χ2 test were used for statistical analysis .Results：There were statistical differences in constituent ratio of zero-level errhysis ,Ⅰ-level errhysis ,Ⅱ-level errhysis ,Ⅲ-level errhysis between the experimental and control groups （ P〈0.05）.There were statistical differences in incidence of zero -level errhysis andⅠ-level errhysis, the patient degree of satisfaction be-tween the experimental and control groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Hemostatic method was extremely excellent by using tet-ragonum sterile gauze to made tetragonum gauze ball , and then the tetragonum gauze ball was immobilization by sterile adhesive tape , the last used 3M transparent dressing to paste by tension -free.This method might be worth wide application .
