摘 要:目的:探讨不同氟暴露水平地区汉族人群卵泡刺激素受体(FSHR)基因rs1394205多态性与血清钙、镁含量的关系。方法:采用整群抽样方法分别在氟病区(305例)、改水区(250例)和对照区(465例)选择居住5 a以上18-55岁者为观察人群,采用Real-Time PCR方法检测FSHR基因rs1394205多态性;采用氟离子选择电极法检测人群尿氟含量,采用原子吸收分光光度法检测血清钙、镁含量。结果:不同氟暴露组男性人群之间血清钙、镁含量差异有统计学意义(F=8.713、6.553,P均〈0.05),不同氟暴露组女性人群之间血清钙、镁含量差异有统计学意义(F=6.760、6.879,P均=0.001)。男性人群中,携带AG基因型者改水组血清钙含量低于对照组和病区组,携带GG基因型者改水组血清镁含量低于对照组和病区组(P均〈0.05)。女性人群中,携带AA、AG基因型者改水组血清镁含量低于对照组和病区组(P均〈0.05)。结论:氟暴露和FSHR基因rs1394205多态性的相互作用可能影响人群血清钙、镁含量。Aim: To investigate the association of FSHR gene rs1394205 polymorphism with serum calcium and magnesium in adults with different fluoride exposure in drinking water. Methods: Adults who were born,grew up or lived in the village for at least 5 years and aged 18- 55 years old were collected using cluster sampling. They were divided into endemic fluorosis group( EFG,305 subjects),defluoridation project group( DFPG,250 subjects) and control group( CG,465 subjects) in accordance with the above areas. The concentration of fluoride in urine was determined by fluoride ion selective electrode method. Real-Time PCR was used to determine FSHR rs1394205 genotype. The serum levels of calcium and magnesium were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: The serum calcium and magnesium levels in males among the three groups has significant difference( F = 8. 713,6. 553,P〈0.05). In females,the serum levels of calcium and magnesium among the three groups has significant difference( F = 6. 760,6. 879,P = 0. 001). Serum calcium level in males carrying AG genotype from DFPG was lower than those of CG and EFG( P〈0.05). Serum magnesium level in males carring GG genotype from DFPG was lower than those of CG and EFG( P〈0.05). Serum magnesium level in females carrying AA or AG genotype from DFPG was lower than those of CG and EFG( P〈0.05). Conclusion:The interaction of fluoride exposure and FSHR gene rs1394205 polymorphism may affect the serum levels of calcium and magnesium in adults.
