郑州市家庭养老老年人的生存质量及影响因素

摘　　要：目的:了解河南省郑州市家庭养老模式老年人的生存质量及影响因素。方法:采用分层简单随机抽样方法对河南省郑州市762名≥60岁的家庭养老的老年人进行调查,调查内容包括一般资料调查、生活满意度调查(采用生活满意度指数A量表)、幸福感调查(采用总体幸福感量表)和健康调查(采用SF-36健康调查简表)。结果:郑州市家庭养老的老年人慢性病患病率为59.2%,总体幸福感平均得分为91.1,生活满意指数平均得分为9.7。影响郑州市家庭养老老年人生存质量的因素有性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、月退休工资和慢性病患病种数。结论:郑州市家庭养老的老年人生存质量不高,应该从家庭和社会多方面努力,提高老年人的身心健康。Aim： To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors of the elderly living under the condition of family pension mode in Zhengzhou. Methods： With a stratified simple random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 762 persons who were more than 60 years old and living in the family pension mode. LSIA,GWB and SF-36 were used. Results： The prevalence of chronic diseases was 59. 2%,the average score of GWB was 91. 1,the LSIA was9. 7. The main influencing factors on life quality of the elderly in family pension mode in Zhengzhou were gender,age,education degree,occupation,economic condition and chronic disease. Conclusion： The life quality of the elderly in family pension mode in Zhengzhou is low,and it is essential to improve their mental and physical health by family and community support.
