摘　　要：新型城镇化建设是我国现阶段发展经济的一项战略国策。新型城镇化建设给就业带来巨大的机遇,同时由于产业结构的改变与转移,也给就业工作带来了巨大的挑战。要在新型城镇化建设中拓展就业市场,做好新型城镇化建设过程中的就业工作。New urbanization is a strategic policy for economic development at the present stage in our country. New urbanization offers tremendous opportunities for employment, and because of the change of industrial structure and shift also poses great challenges for employment. The new employment opportunities and challenges conducted by new urbanization was analyzed in - depth, some specific methods and recommendations on how to expand the employment market in a new urbanization was offered in the Papers.
