多校区大学心理危机干预工作体系建设探析

摘　　要：构建心理危机干预工作体系已成为高等院校教育管理中不可或缺的基础性任务。多校区工作体系建设的特殊性与复杂性使其面临校区间距离、学生分布、校区环境差异、资源配置等新问题,学校管理层应在大学心理危机干预工作体系的基本构架下,有针对性地制定和实施相应的建设策略。The construction of Metal Crisis Intervention Work System （MCIWS） has been an indispensable task for university education administrations. Due to the particularity and complexity of multi - campus work system＇ s construction, new issues of MICWS construction emerged, such as distance, students＇ distribution, campus environment and resources allocation among different campuses. The university administrators should explore relevant construction strategies under the basic framework of MCIWS.
