吸烟对长期服用抗精神病药物所致锥外系副作用的影响

摘　　要：对住院长期服用抗精神病药物的精神分裂症病人进行吸烟与锥外系副作用的研究。样本共288例,分为吸烟与非吸烟2组作对照研究。2组间AIMS总分和Sampson量表及量表主要单项分均无显著差异(P>0.005)。相关分析结果显示,每日吸烟量与AIMS总分和Sampson量表总分及主要单项分无显相关(P<0.05),而吸烟时间与AIMS总分和Sampson量表总分及主要单项分呈显相关(P均<0.05)。研究表明,锥外系副作用的严重程度与烟龄有一定关系,烟龄短的病人,吸烟后锥外系反应的减轻较明显,烟量与锥外系反应无显著相关。The authors analysed the relationship between smoking and extrapyramidal system side effect of 288 inpa-tients taking antipsychotic long -termly, which were invided into smoking and non -smoking group, The results showed that the total score of AIMS and Sampson Scale and its main single item score in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0. 05),and so did smoking numbers every day and the total score of AIMS and Sampson Scale and its main single item score(P>0. 05). The total score of AIMS and Sampson Scale and its main single item score were relative to the period of smoking(P<0. 05). The study concluded that serious degree of extrapyramidal system side effect was relative to smoking ages. Smoking could reduce extrapyramidal system side effect of the patients who young smoking ages. Smoking numbers was no relative to extrapyramidal system side dffect.
