摘　　要：在1874年以前,瑞士联邦的公共体育政策发展得非常缓慢,之后随着体育成为一种国家军事组织行为方式,由此开启了瑞士体育立法的篇章。主要研究瑞士体育政策的发展演变过程,重点阐述体育从一项单纯的私人休闲运动,转变为瑞士联邦各级政府都十分关注的社会政治现象的过程,以及当前瑞士体育政策的发展趋势。Before 1874, the public sports policy of the Swiss federal developed very slowly and gradually became a national military organization way. The paper studies the development of the Swiss federal sports policy and focuses on the change of sport from an individual recreational practice to social and political phenomenon receiving attention of various levels of Swiss federal governments.
