灯盏花素注射液对中风患者血液流变学影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价灯盏花素注射液对急性缺血中风患者血液流变学的作用。方法通过检索国内数据库,收集关于灯盏花素注射液治疗急性缺血中风随机对照试验的文献,比较灯盏花素注射组(治疗组)与丹参注射液组(对照组)血液流变学的变化,采用RevMan4.2.7软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入28篇文献。其中8篇观察了高切和低切全血黏度,12篇观察了血浆黏度,7篇观察了纤维蛋白原。Meta分析显示,治疗组与对照组比较,高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原4项指标的加权均数差有统计学意义(P<0.000 01)。敏感性分析显示结果稳定可靠。结论从现有临床证据来看,灯盏花素注射液对急性缺血中风患者高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原4项指标的作用均优于丹参注射液。Objective To evaluate the effect of breviscapine injection on hemorheology in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods The databases were searched at home to collect the literature on randomized controlled trials of breviscapine inj ection for treatment of acute ischemic stroke.The data were analyzed by RevMan4.2.7 software for Meta analysis.Results There were 28 qualified treatises,in which 8 treatises for HSWBV,8 for LSWBV,12 for BPV,and 7 for fibrinogen.Meta analysis revealed that the weighted mean difference （treatment group to control group）in HSWBV,LSWBV,BPV and fibrinogen were significant （P〈0.000 01）. The reliability of above results of sensitivity tests was confirmed.Conclusion From the existing clinical evidence,breviscapine inj ec-tion had better effects on HSWBV,LSWBV,BPV and fibrinogen for treatment of cerebral infarction.
