摘  要:介绍了新一代煤气化技术中比较有代表性的几种技术:催化气化、加氢气化、等离子体气化和化学链气化等。经过多年的跟随性研发,我国已经有了比较完备的大型现代煤气化技术,多种炉型的煤气化技术得到应用。在我国大力发展煤化工的背景下,新一代气化技术的研发和工业化就显得尤为重要。其中,催化气化在我国开展煤制天然气的背景下有着最为广阔的前景。在新一代的煤气化技术中,工艺复杂、能耗大、工程化不完善是制约其走向大规模工业化的主要因素。The new generation coal gasification technologies were introduced such as catalytic gasification,hydrogasification,plasma gasification and chemical looping gasification,etc.Modern coal gasification technologies are proven in China after decades of research and development.The coal gasification technologies of different types of furnaces are applied.The research and commercialization of new generation coal gasification technologies is very significant in the background of developing coal chemistry industry in China nowadays.Among them,catalytic gasification has a bright prospect while coal to synthesis nature gas (SNG) is expanding in China.The main factors affecting the development and commercialization of the new generation coal gasification technologies are the complicated process,high energy consumption and incomplete engineering.
