摘 要:由于中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司0.7 Mt/a连续重整装置的预处理单元加工能力有限、未处于优化运行状态,导致石脑油产耗不平衡、化工轻油重组分多且产量过剩、预分馏塔C101分离精度差、高辛烷值汽油调合组分不足等问题。根据分子炼油理念对连续重整装置生产实施优化措施:增上C101进料换热器,提高进料温度,优化塔的运行;提高重整加工负荷,试生产异戊烷组分油,降低化工轻油产量。优化措施取得了一定的效果,实现了"宜烯则烯、宜芳则芳、宜油则油"的生产理念。优化后,重整装置稳定在114%的负荷运行,石脑油消耗增大,高辛烷值汽油产量增加,化工轻油产量降低约490 t/d,每月增加经济效益达2 000×104RMB$。但是目前高负荷运行下预分离进料系统、重整再沸炉等仍存在问题,且C101分离效果仍不佳,异戊烷组分油纯度不高,针对这些问题,提出了下一步石脑油加工改造思路。The bottlenecks and lack of optimization of pretreatment unit of the 700,000 TPY continuous catalytic reformer (CCR) in SINOPEC Luoyang Company led to the problems of imbalance between production and consumption of the naphtha,overproduction of light naphtha,inefficient fractionation of pre-fractionator C101 and lack of blending components of high-octane gasoline.To solve these problems,the operation of the CCR unit was optimized based upon the concept of "molecular oil refining" by adding C101's feed exchanger,raising feed temperature,optimizing fractionator operation,increasing processing load of CCR,producing isopentane and reducing the production of light naphtha.Good results have been achieved,which has proven the concepts of "producing the products based upon feedstock properties".After taking of optimization measures,the CCR has been operating stably at 114% of design capacity,the naphtha consumption is increased,the output of high-octane gasoline is raised,the yield of light naphtha is reduced by about 490 t/d,and additional economic benefit of 2 000 × 104 Yuan RMB is achieved each month.Nevertheless,there are still some problems and bottlenecks in pre-fractionation system and reformer reboiler at high unit operating load,and separation efficiency of pre-fractionator C101 is not satisfactory and the purity of pentane component is not high.The next optimization revamping is proposed for naphtha processing based upon these problems.
