摘  要:针对目前延迟焦化装置冷焦热水罐脱臭系统的运行情况,分析了大检修更换脱臭剂时脱臭罐发热的原因。对冷焦热水罐脱臭系统运行存在的问题进行了分析。提出了两种解决方案:将现有的脱臭罐移至地面,恶臭尾气由罐顶引出至脱臭系统,恶臭尾气进脱臭系统前增加安全措施,可在工艺上保证安全;拆除冷焦热水罐顶原有的脱臭罐,冷焦热水罐顶挥发气体新增成套撬装除臭设施进行除臭,由干式除臭改为湿法除臭,彻底解决冷焦水罐脱臭系统运行存在的安全隐患。通过论证,采取了安全环保的湿法除臭,在保证废气环保达标排放的前提下,彻底消除了影响冷焦热水罐安全运行的隐患。On the basis of operation of deodorizing system of coke quenching water tank of delayed coking unit,the causes of heat release of deodorizing drum when the deodorizing agent was replaced during overhaul of the unit were analyzed,and existing problems in the deodorizing system operation were studied.Two solutions were proposed:1.the existing deodorizing drum was moved to the ground,the foul tail gas was directed from top of the drum to the deodorizing system and safety measures were provided before foul tail gas entering the deodorizing system to ensure the process safety ; 2.the existing deodorizing drum was removed from overhead of coking quenching water tank,the vaporized gas from coke quench water tank was deodorized by the newly installed skid-mounted package deodorizing equipment,the dry deodorizing process was replaced with wet deodorizing process,and the safety hazard in the operation of deodorizing system of coke quench water tank was completely removed.After extensive study and verification,a more safer environmentally friendly wet deodorizing process was adopted,and the safety hazards problem which affected the safe operation of coke quench water tank have been completely solved while meeting the emission standard of tail gas.
