摘  要:目的探讨光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)在原发性开角型青光眼(primary open-angle glaucoma,POAG)诊断中的应用。方法应用OCT对20例POAG患者(POAG组,40只眼)及20例正常人(对照组,40只眼)行视神经纤维层(RNFL)及视盘扫描,观察各组RNFL厚度及视盘参数。结果 POAG组患者各象限RNFL厚度均较对照组明显变薄,视盘面积比、水平杯盘比及垂直杯盘比均较对照组明显增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 OCT能够反映POAG患者RNFL厚度及视盘的改变,且能检测出POAG患者RNFL局限性损害,可以作为POAG的诊断方法。Objective To evaluate the significance of optical coherent tomography ( OCT) in diagnosis of primary open-angle glaucoma ( POAG) .Methods The retinal nerve fiber layer ( RNFL) and optic disc were measured by an OCT in 20 POAG patients (40 eyes) and 20 normal subjects (40 eyes).RNFL thickness and optic disc parameters were observed .Results Each quadrant RN-FL thickness in patients with POAG group was significantly thinner than that in the normal control group ( P 〈0.01 ) .The C/D area Ratio,linear CDR and vertical CDR of POAG patients was increased significantly compared to the normal control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion OCT can reflect the changes of RNFL thickness and optic disc parameters in POAG patients .It also can discover the RN-FL thickness damage in POAG patients .It may be a diagnostic method for POAG .
