摘　　要：目的研究参杞膏剂的急性毒性反应,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法 1日3次用参杞膏剂给小鼠灌胃,观察其毒性反应、死亡情况和最大耐受量。结果小鼠最大耐受量(MTD)为20.4 g/kg,相当于人用最大剂量的120倍。结论本制剂未发现毒性作用,其临床应用具有一定的安全性。Objective To observe Shenqi electuary on mice acute toxicity and provide the basis for the clinicalsafety of drugs. Methods Mice were intragastrically administered with Shenqi electuary. Determine its toxicity,mortality and the maximum tolerated dose. Results The maximum tolerated dose（MTD） was 20.4g/kg, which was120 times than clinical dosage. Conclusion No toxicity has been found in the observation period. This preparationis relatively safe in clinical application.
