摘　　要：结合家居建材销售企业发展的现状,指出目前该行业内部库存管理存在一系列亟需解决的问题。通过分析国内外相关领域的研究现状和存在的不足,对该行业及时高效解决库存控制问题的途径提出展望,为家居建材销售企业提高库存管理水平提供参考依据。In combination with the development present situation of sales enterprise household building materials, pointed out a series of problems of industry internal inventory management that urgently need to be solved. Through the analysis the research situation the existing deficiencies of related field at home and abroad, then the prospect of this industry how to solve the problem of inventory control timely and efficient was put forward, which will provide a reference for the household building materials sales enterprises improve inventory management level.
