摘  要:目的考察多因素对丹参注射液与溶媒配伍后稳定性的影响,优选出最佳配伍方案。方法采用正交试验,以溶液中微粒、丹参素钠含量为指标,用GWF-5J型微粒分析仪测定溶液中微粒含量,用HPLC法测定溶液中丹参素钠含量。结果配伍温度、放置时间对溶液中丹参素钠的含量有显著性影响;剂量对溶液中微粒的含量有显著性影响。结论丹参注射液最佳配伍条件为25℃、剂量30 mL、放置2 h、与100 mL氯化钠注射配伍。Objective To study the effect of solvent on the stability of salvia injection. Methods The insoluble particles were determined by GWF-5J type particle analyzer and the sodium Danshensu was determined by HPLC. Orthogonal design was used to select compatibility with insoluble particle and the content of sodium Danshensu as the evaluation index. Results The compatibility temperature and standing time had obvious effect on the content of sodium Danshensu, and the dose had obvious effect on insoluble particles of the solvents. Conclusion The optimum compatibility conditions is 25 ℃, 30 mL for 2 h, mixed with 100 mL sodium chloride injection.
