四磨汤口服液联合培菲康治疗小儿功能性消化不良疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价四磨汤口服液联合培菲康治疗小儿功能性消化不良的疗效及安全性。方法将100例患者随机分为2组,对照组50例给予四磨汤口服液治疗,观察组50例采用四磨汤口服液联合培菲康治疗。均连续用药5 d。结果 2组患者症状较治疗前具有明显改善,观察组血浆MTL和GAS水平均显著高于对照组,观察组总有效率为88.0%,对照组为66.0%,明显优于对照组,2组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且用药过程中无不良反应的发生。结论四磨汤口服液联合培菲康能明显改善小儿功能性消化不良相关症状,安全性良好,值得在临床上进行推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Simotang oral liquid combined with Bifico for functional dysp epsia（FD） in children. Methods A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 patients in the control group were treated with Simotang oral liquid alone, 50 patients in the observation group were treated with Simotang oral liquid and Bifi co. Both groups had 5 days of continuous medication. Results After the treatment, clinical symptoms were improved in the 2 groups. The level of MTL and GAS in the o bservation group was higher than that of the control group, the total effective rate was 88.0% in the observation group, and 66.0% in the control group. There was statistical signifi cance（P〈0.05） in both groups after the treatment, and no side effect was found in both groups. Conclusion Simotang oral liquid combined with Bifi co is safe, effective, and convenient for functional dyspepsia in children.
