摘  要:基于电场促进燃烧的理论,为了进一步研究不同电极结构对燃烧的影响,利用定容燃烧弹来模拟发动机气缸内的燃烧,在常温常压不同当量比(0.8、1.0和1.2)下通过分别加载3种不同结构的电极对直流电场与甲烷/空气火焰的关系进行了研究。结果表明:3种电极结构下电场对火焰横向传播均有明显的促进作用,且网状电极下火焰横向传播的促进效果最明显,然后依次是柱状电极和点电极;3种电极结构下燃烧压力一开始均得到不同程度的提高,而网状电极下电场对燃烧压力的影响最为明显。综上所述:3种电极结构中,网状电极下电场对火焰的促进作用最大,在今后的应用中较其他两种电极有更为明显的优势。For the purpose of studying the effects of different DC electric fields on combustion,a constant volume combustion device was used to simulate the combustion process inside engine cylinder based on the theory of electric field assisted combustion.For the equivalent proportion of 0.8,1.0 or 1.2,the relationship between DC electric field and methane/air flames was studied by applying three different electrode structures at normal temperature and pressure.The results show that the electric fields produced by the electrodes in three different structures have significant effects on promoting flame propagation in the horizontal direction,and the electric field produced by mesh electrodes promotes the flame propagation most,followed by columnar electrodes and needle electrodes.The combustion pressures under three electode structures were enhanced differently at the beginning,and the electric field produced by the mesh electrodes raised the combustion pressure the most.To sum up:among the three electrodes,the mesh electrode has the most promotive influence on the flame,showing a greater advantage over the other two in future applications.
