渗透性思想政治教育的构成要素与前提条件——从系统哲学的视角看渗透性思想政治教育模式

摘　　要：就本质而言,渗透性思想政治教育是一个由体系统一的目的、交互性的主客体、持续不断的控制、环环相扣的程序、用之不竭的动力、源源不断的保障、实事求是的评价等七大要素构成的复杂适应系统。这一教育模式具有目的的隐蔽性、目标的现实性、主客的交互性、手段的多样性、步骤的全景性、效果的稳定性等六大特点。这种模式具有很强的环境依赖性,须以营造良好的大小环境作为其成功实施的根本前提。所以,在具体实施中,建构组织领导、课程教育、日常生活、价值体系和人生价值等五个层面的子环境是极其重要的。Essentially speaking,the penetrative ideological-political education is a complex adaptive system, which consists of aims, subject and object, control, programs, dynamics, guarantee, and evaluation. The penetrative ideological-political education has six basic characteristics, which are the concealment of purpose, the alternativeness of subject and object, the diversity of measures, the panorama of procedures,and the stability of effects. This education model has great dependence on its applying environment, thus taking the well-done construction of big and small environments as its successful implementation. Therefore,it is most important to construct the following environments of leading organizations, course education, ordinary life, value system, aims of life, and values of life in the course of its implementation.
