南通策应自贸区建设的对策研究

摘　　要：在对中国(上海)自由贸易试验区内涵、建设总体目标、意义分析的基础上,研究了自贸区建设对南通经济发展的机遇和挑战,并从主动接轨与密切关注、鼓励本地企业设立分支机构、助推南通综合保税区建设、加大宣传及定点招商等方面阐述了南通策应自贸区建设的对策,承接好自贸区的辐射和聚集效应、制度创新的示范效应,为南通外向型经济发展搭建更好的平台。The author of this paper analyses the free trade zone development,which connects with opportunities and challenges to the economic development at Nantong on the basis of the analysis of the connotations,Free Trade Zone developing overall goals and meaning of Free Trade Experiment Zone in Shanghai,Chinese.Moreover,the author sets forth the countermeasures of Free Trade Zone developing at Nantong from active practice and paying close attention,encouraging local enterprises to set up branches,helping to push the development of Comprehensive Bonded Zone,increasing publicity and fixed investment at Nantong.Thus,the countermeasures can undertake the exposure and aggregation effect,system innovation and demonstration effect,build better for Nantong export-oriented economic development platform.
