摘　　要：采用网络检索法调查39所"985工程"高校图书馆利用特藏资源进行创新素质教育情况。分析高校图书馆利用校史资源、传统文化、专题特色数据库对培养大学生创新人格、激发创新思维、积累创新知识的重要作用;总结了利用特藏资源进行创新素质教育的效益。提出开发特藏资源为创新素质教育服务的途径:拓展特藏部职责,开展特色服务;举办宣传推介活动;建立特藏IC空间;特藏资源共建共享,建立全国大学生创新数据库。参考文献6。By the method of network retrieval, this article investigates the situation using special collections to carry out innovative trait education in 39 ＂985 Project＂ universities libraries, analyzes the important role of special collections in carrying out innovative trait education, summarizes the benefit of using special collections to carry out innovative trait education and offers the proposals about developing special collections to serve innovative trait education. 6 refs.
