摘　　要：滇西白族传统温泉治疗,是由一套完整的治疗仪式来体现的。它是一种以治疗仪式为主轴,家庭自导性治疗与集体聚会式治疗相结合的疾病治疗体系,有着丰富而独特的文化内涵,在滇西白族传统医疗体系中具有重要地位,是滇西白族传统医疗文化的缩影。随着时代的发展,这种传统治疗方式也出现了新的变化。Traditional thermal-spring treatment among the Bai people in the west of Yunnan province is embodied in an integrated ritual.It works as such a system that the treatment ritual plays a vital important role within it while it does works under the guidance of the patient's family together with his friends' party.The whole ritual is amusing as well as uniquely culture-loaded.This kind of treatment has its own important positions among the Bai people's traditional medical treatment in the west of Yunnan province.To some extent,it highlights the culture of the traditional medical treatment in this region.However,some changes have come to be seen as the years went by.
