摘　　要：现行学院制度面临多方利益主体共同参与的挑战,学校管理进退维谷,教师与学生在学院管理中的权力无法保证,院级管理者既受到约束还缺乏监管,多方利益主体参与的管理体制缺少有效的整合机制。基于多中心协同治理理论建立的我国大学学院制多中心主体现代化管理模式,以学院委员会决策、专业委员会执行、内外利益主体监督为主要方式,可以有效解决当前学院改革应用难题。Current college system has been facing a challenge of participation of different interest subjects , and school management is in dilemma. The right of teachers and students in the school management cannot be assured. College managers are constrained and in the lack of regulation ,many stakeholders to participate in the management system are in the lack of effective integration mechanism. A system of our country university college multi-center subject of modern management mode is established on the theory of multi-center collaborative governance,by a multi-center collaborative governance mode of college system including the college committee decision,professional committee of execution,internal and external stakeholders supervision,to effectively solve the current reform of college application problems.
