摘　　要：中国特色人权发展道路蕴含了中华民族优秀传统文化的特质,铭刻着中国近现代历史的深刻印记,体现了马克思主义的基本人权观和中国共产党及中国政府的人权主张。它立足于世界最大发展中国家的基本国情,有着不同于西方人权模式的独特优势,在实践中已经取得了辉煌成就。坚持和发展中国特色社会主义与坚持中国特色人权发展道路具有一致性,它开拓人权发展的实践空间,赋予人权理论新的内涵,推动人权保障体系的健全完善。The development of human rights with Chinese characteristics involves the unique qualities of China＇s excellent traditional culture. It is deeply imprinted with China＇s recent and modern history, representing Marxism＇s basic belief in human rights and Chinese Communist Party and Chinese Government＇s claims on human rights. The development of Chinese human rights is rooted in the basic conditions of the world＇s largest developing country. The pattern of Chinese human rights has a great advantage over its counterpart in the west, and has achieved spectacular success in practice. The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the development of human rights with Chinese characteristics are consistent in nature. The former will give bigger room to the practice of the latter, bestowing new possibilities upon human rights theories and promoting the perfection of human rights protection system.
