我国干细胞产业技术标准化模式与策略研究

摘　　要：干细胞产业作为世界各国新兴产业发展的制高点,其技术标准化成为制约产业健康持续发展的瓶颈问题,日益引起了政府和业界的高度重视。本文在分析干细胞产业发展特点及其技术标准构成的基础上,明确了干细胞产业技术标准化涉及的主体及其职能,构建了我国干细胞产业技术标准化模式,并提出有关策略,旨在为我国干细胞产业技术标准体系的建立提供模式参考与策略支持。As the commanding height of the world emerging industry＇s development for stem cell industry, its technology standardization has become the bottleneck of restricting the industry＇s healthy and sustainable development, which increasingly aroused great attention of government and industry. On the analysis of the stem cell industry＇s development characteristics and the standardization status of de- veloped countries, this paper puts forward the composition of technological standard, and makes clear the subjects involved in stem cell industry＇s technology standardization and their functions, after that it constructs the technology standardization mode of stem cell indus- try in China and provides relevant tactics. This study may provide mode reference and tactics support for establishing and perfecting stem cell industry＇s technology standard system in China.
