区域生产性服务业集群发展机理及影响因素分析

摘　　要：本文以产业集群理论为研究基础,结合生产性服务业的特征,对生产性服务业集群发展动因进行分析,将生产性服务业集群发展过程划分为萌芽期、成长期、成熟期三个阶段,并分析出各时期的发展特征,归纳出生产性服务业集群发展的影响因素,即城市化水平、市场需求、基础设施、政府支持、人力资本等因素,揭示生产性服务业集群发展机理。基于我国30个省(区、市)数据进行实证研究,检验影响因素的影响强度和方向,最后提出促进生产性服务业集群发展的对策建议。Based on the industrial cluster theory, combining with the characteristics of the producer services industry, this paper ana- lyzes motivation of the cluster development. The process of cluster development is divided into three stages ： bud period, growth period, mature period. It analyzes the development characteristics of each period, summarizes influence factors in cluster development of pro- ducer services industry, that is urbanization level, market demand, Infrastructure, government support, advanced human capital. It also reveals mechanism of cluster development of producer services. Base on the 30 provinces data of Chinese producer services industry, it tests the influence strength and direction of influence factors, and gives the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the cluster development of producer service industry.
