摘　　要：人民民主专政的理论渊源是马克思列宁主义关于无产阶级专政的理论。人民民主专政理论是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,是马克思列宁主义国家学说在中国的创造性运用和发展,是杰出的理论创新、思想创新、制度创新,为中华人民共和国国体的确立提供了理论原则和制度安排,规定了中华人民共和国最根本的政治制度,为中华人民共和国的一切发展进步奠定了根本政治前提和制度基础的最重要方面。人民民主专政理论对于我们现在和将来坚持、实行、发展、完善人民民主专政的国体、制度及其理论,仍然具有理论基础价值、法理基础价值和实践指导价值。The theoretical origin of people's democratic dictatorship lies in the Marxist-Leninist theory of proletarian dictatorship. The people's democratic dictatorship theory is an important part of Mao Zedong Thought,the creative application and development of Marxist-Leninist state theory in China,and an outstanding theoretical,ideational and institutional innovation. It provides theoretical foundation and institutional schema for the establishment of the state system of the People's Republic of China( PRC),stipulates the fundamental political system of PRC,and constitutes the most important element in the fundamental political prerequisites and institutional foundation for all the development and progress in PRC. The theory of people's democratic dictatorship is still of theoretical,legal,and practical value for the adherence,execution,development and improvement of the state system,institution and theory of the People's Democratic Dictatorship at present and in the future.
