“世界记忆工程”背景下“中国档案文献遗产工程”的推进

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了"中国档案文献遗产工程"的形成与发展,从时间组成、地域分布、载体组成、收藏机构四个方面重点剖析了《中国档案文献遗产名录》。通过系统分析,笔者总结了当前我国档案文献遗产工程的成绩和不足,并从实施档案遗产调查评估、完善档案文献遗产政策及制度标准、增加档案文献遗产保护经费投入、加强档案文献遗产保护人才培养、推进档案文献遗产信息化建设、加强档案文献遗产保护技术研究等方面,针对性地提出了推进"中国档案文献遗产工程"的建议。This paper started with a brief introduction of the formation of ＂Archives Documentary Heritage of China＂ and its development, and then analyzed＂the List of Archives Documentary Heritage of China~ mainly from the aspects of time made-up, geographical distribution, record carrier and collection agency of the included achieves. Through an in-depth insight into the project, the authors drawn an conclusion about its accomplishment and deficiency up to now, and came up with several advices from the perspective of making investigation and evaluation, optimizing preservation policies and regulations, increasing preservation funds, reinforcing personnel training, advancing information construction and strengthening research on conservation technology and so on.
