论农村生态污染与村民的环境权意识——对广东省部分农村的调查报告

摘　　要：根据我们重点对珠三角的广州市、粤北的河源市和清远市、粤南的阳江和茂名市共23个行政村采集的调查材料显示,农村的生态环境污染日益严重,由于其直接地、严重地影响了村民的生产、生活,村民的环境权意识被激发,大多数村民非常乐意参与到保护环境的活动中来。这说明当农村生态环境污染已经严重到威胁村民的生存的时候,村民产生了较强的环境权意识。因此,面对日益严重的农村环境污染,我们可以建立一种良好的法律制度,组织村民来保护他们身边的环境。We concentrated most attention to the Zhujiang River delta and villages near the cities of Heyuan, Qingyuan, Yangjiang and Maoming, a total of 23 villages. We found that the pollution in these rural areas is increasing. The worse pollution has affected farmers＇ lives directly and significantly reducing the quality of the crops grown. The farmers have demonstrated a strong environment awareness, and many of them have the desire to take part in environment protection activities. This shows when there is serious pollution, farmers are strongly motivated to improve the situation. The investigation concludes that farmers living in rural areas need to be given strong environmental rights to fight pollution and we should build a good law system to organize farmers to keep the countryside clean.
