论体育场馆建设与城市发展的互动关系

摘　　要：体育场馆建设对城市经济发展具有必然性、无相关或负相关、可能性三种结果;体育场馆建设是城市产业结构调整的重要手段,不仅对建筑业具有较大的拉动作用,同时还能有力地带动第三产业的发展;体育场馆建设对丰富城市建筑的内涵和实践,优化城市空间和环境,展示城市形象,推进城市环境更新,带动所在区域空间功能的集聚和区位价值的提高,拉动周边地区的发展具有积极的推动作用。城市经济基础、用地环境、城市规划是体育场馆建设的重要保障,是发挥体育场馆建设效益的重要前提。Stadium construction shows a positive, inverse or no correlation to urban economic development.The building of ports venues, which will pull the construction and the third industry, is an important means to urban industrial restructuring. Besides, it plays a positive role in enriching the connotation of urban architecture, optimizing the urban space and environment as well as stimulating the development of the surrounding area. Urban economy, area environment and city planning are important prerequisites for yielding benefits of the sports venues.
