药学专业实验室管理工作的实践和设想

摘　　要：根据药学专业实验室的特点,结合本校实验室的实际情况,提出要加强对药学专业实验室的管理。从实验室使用率、药品试剂的集中管理以及特殊耗材管理等方面探讨了药学实验室存在的问题及解决的对策,并对今后工作提出了建议和设想,以期更好地管理药学专业实验室、提高实验室的利用率、培养具有创新能力和动手能力的学生。According to the characteristics of pharmaceutical professional laboratory, and the actual situation of usual laboratory, it is suggested to strengthen the management of pharmaceutical laboratory. From the lab use rate, the centralized management of drugs and reagents, and the management of special consumables in the pharmaceutical laboratory,the paper discusses the existing problems and the countermeasures, and puts forward some suggestions and ideas for future work. It aims to better manage the pharmaceutical professional laboratory, improve the utilization of the laboratory, and reduce unnecessary waste of resources.
