摘　　要：在对地方专利信息服务现状分析的基础上,运用情报系统理论,具体探讨了构建地方专利情报服务系统的目标、构成要素和系统架构,并以东莞市为例,提出了适应地方专利信息服务创新发展的系统保障机制。Based on analyzing the current situation of patent information service and applying the theory of intelligence sys- tem, this article discussed the goal, element, system architecture of Local Patent Intelligence Service System. At last, which took Dongguan city as an example, it also put forward the Guarantee Mechanism of System Service according with the innovative development trend of Local Patent Intelligence Service.
