国际虚拟社区用户行为研究的知识图谱分析——基于Citespace和VOSviewer的计量分析

摘　　要：本文利用可视化工具VOSviewer和CiteSpace对虚拟社区用户行为的研究进行了可视化分析,通过对该领域的主要研究机构、研究热点、作者共被引以及文献共被引的分析,绘制出虚拟社区用户行为研究发展的知识图谱,从而得到虚拟社区用户行为研究领域的具有影响力的作者、重要研究机构和代表性文献,论文还进一步展现出虚拟社区用户行为研究的热点领域。Using information visualization technique VOSviewerand CiteSpace, this paper made visualization analysis ofuserbehavior research in virtual community. Through analyzing the main institution, research front, cocitation author and co - cita-tion Document, this paper drew the mapping knowledge domain of international virtual community user behavior research. The re-suits revealed the influential authors, important research institutions and representative literatures in this fields.Furthermore, it also revealed the hot research field of international virtual community user behavior research.
