大学生职业决策困难判别与预报的实证分析

摘　　要：近年来,职业决策困难受到了越来越多的关注。应用心理测量和数学建模的方法,采集了525份有效数据,对大学生职业决策困难的判别和预报进行元分析。研究结果表明,有37.3%的大学生存在职业决策困难,专业认同、职业定向、职业意识、任职条件、职业前景、教育经历等6个因子对大学生职业决策困难的判别有效,预报正确率超过80%。从就业主体和职业决策困难的预报特征来看,大学生对职业发展前景和教育经历产生困惑导致的心理失衡性失业,可能远远超过目前较为普遍认为的专业设置导致的结构性失业。In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the fact that young man, especially college graduates, have some difficulties in career decision - making. 525 large sample quantitative data were gathered through standard method of psychological measurement. 37.3% of participants say they do not think clearly about their own future careers. Six factors that could forecast a judgment of career decision - making difficulty with accu- racy rate of more than 80% , are major identity, occupation consciousness, orientation, qualification, prospects, and education experience. On the view of the subjective and prediction characteristics, this paper argues that the unemployment of psychological imbalance of college students, due to a puzzle about their occupation prospects and education experience, is far more than structural unemployment due to professional settings.
