网络化时代城市文化安全机制的建构

摘　　要：在网络化时代,城市文化安全重要性日益凸显。作为构建国家文化安全体系的关键环节,城市文化安全在国家文化安全战略中具有重要的地位。加强城市文化安全建设,既要不断强化城市文化安全意识,建立权威性的文化安全管理平台,制订切实可行的文化安全措施,也要建立协调统一的城市文化安全管理体制和监测体系,通过有效的区域合作机制,确保城市文化安全。In the networking era, the urban culture security mechanism has become increasingly prominent. As a key aspect of building the national culture security system, the urban culture security plays an important role in the national culture security strategy. The prior strategies to enhance the urban culture security construction are to continuously strengthen the awareness of the urban culture safety, to establish authoritative culture security management platform, and to make practical culture security measures. At the same time, the unified and harmonized urban culture security management and monitoring systems need to be constructed to ensure the urban culture security.
