摘　　要：竞技中使用动物的现象在世界范围内广泛存在,动物在竞技中与人的关系有:动物与人相互配合帮助人获胜、动物与人竞争检验人的竞技能力、动物之间展开竞争娱乐观众。动物竞技存在诸多争议,概括为支持、反对和适度发展三种争论立场。在保护竞技中的动物方面,分为福利主义、功力主义、正统派三类。在短时间内难以消除争议的情况下,提倡动物在竞技中帮助人获胜的动物竞技类型,不鼓励其他类型动物竞技。并且要善待生命、保护竞技中的动物使其免受伤害和各种痛苦,寻求动物竞技发展的正确道路。The use of animal in sporting event widely exists in the world. The relationship between animals and human--been in the sporting events can be divided into three categories： human use animals in the pursuit of athletic excellence; humans pit themselves a- gainst animals in test of athletic skill; animals are pitted against other animals to assess superior animal athletic prowess. There are many arguments on animal sports, summarized as three standpoints： support, oppose and moderate development. As for the protec- tion of animals in sports, people can be divided into animal welfare, utilitarians, orthodoxy. As far as it is difficult to eliminate the dispute in a short time, we should promote sports that human use animals in the pursuit of athletic excellence, discourage other types of animal sports. And suggested to treat life humanistic, to protect the animals in sport from hurt and pain, and finally showed the correct path for animal sports development.
