摘 要:第八届(2014年南京)企业跨国经营国际研讨会以"全球经济一体化与信息网络化对企业可持续发展的影响"为主题,探讨企业在经济转型阶段,特别是在全球经济一体化时期,如何应对新的机遇与挑战、成功经营管理企业,以及实现企业的可持续发展。本文主要从领导及组织行为与企业的可持续发展,全球经济一体化下的战略和创业管理,信息网络时代的国际企业管理,企业可持续发展的人力资源管理,信息网络时代的电子商务、服务与公司财务五个方面对大会主题报告、汇报论文进行评述。The theme of the 8th (2014)International Symposium on Multinational Business Management focused on The Impact of Global Economic Integration and Information Networking on Sustainable Corporate Development, discussed how to respond to new opportunities and challenges, to manage the enterprises successfully, and to achieve business management transformation in a transitional economy, especially in the period of global economic integration. This paper mainly reviews the opinions of the conference papers and parallel sessions through four aspects:leadership and organizational behavior, strategic and entrepreneurship management, international business management in the era of information networking, human resource management for sustainable corporate development as well as e-commerce, service and corporate finance. Leadership and organizational behavior have attracted considerable attention in recent years. Studies found that psycho-biological, cultural and institutional processes have resulted in the embedding of leadership and authority patterns in Chinese organizations, however, the harmony theme is still the core principles of organization, leadership and authority. In terms of trust in family owned businesses, a moderate level of trust but can lead to better task performance only a moderate level of trust leads to better task results. Researchers also found that cultural closeness mediated the relationship between trust in managers and job involvement of employee engagement. The study also proposes moderating effects of cultural tightness. Fault in the team structure will affect the quality of organization decisions, but high supportive leadershio can buffer the negative effect. Study of the determinants of entrepreneurial activity is an important part of entrepreneurship spirit. Opportunity recognition and prior knowledge can improve the possibility of individual entrepreneurship ; however, fear of failure is more likely to hinder the formation of individual entrepreneurial activity.
