摘　　要：目的 建立测定妇炎舒胶囊中马钱苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用Agela Venusil MP C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲溶液（23∶77）,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为236 nm,柱温为30℃。结果 马钱苷进样量在0.054 4～0.870 4μg（r=0.999 9）范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.45%,RSD为0.89%（n=9）。结论 该方法简便、灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于妇炎舒胶囊中马钱苷的含量测定。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for the content determination of loganin in Fuyanshu Capsules. Methods The Agela Venusil MP Cls column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was adopted with methanol-phosphate buffer solution （23：77） as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 236 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The sample size of loganin in the range of 0.054 4 - 0. 870 4 μg （ r = 0. 999 9） showed good linear relationship with the peak area,the average recovery rate was 98.45%, RSD was 0. 89% （n =9）. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Fuyanshu Capsules.
