农民工城市社区融入面临的困境与纾解

摘　　要：随着城镇化、现代化进程的不断加快,数以亿计的农民不断涌入城市,他们为城市的现代化建设提供了巨大的劳动力资源和智力支持。然而,他们并没能分享到与之相对应的社会发展成果,这与当下农民工不能很好地融入城市社区紧密相关。本文从农民工城市社区融入协力主体的角度阐释了当下农民工融入城市社区的状况,分析了农民工融入城市社区难的原因,对破解农民工城市社区融入难问题提出了相应的建议。With the accelerating process of urbanization and modernization,hundreds of millions of peasants constantly pour into cities.They provide huge labor resources and intellectual support.However,they failed to share the relevant fruits of social development,which is closely related with the currant issue of migrant workers can＇t integrate well into urban communities.This article,from the perspective of the cooperative subject,interprets the currant condition of migrant workers integrating urban communities,analyzes its reason and puts forward some relevant advices to the solution of the issue that migrant workers are hard to integrate into urban communities.
