健脾活血丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚络阻证的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察健脾活血丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚络阻证的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将符合纳入标准的患者60例随机分成对照组30例和试验组30例。对照组给予胃复春片,每次4片,每日3次,饭前服用。试验组给予健脾活血丸,每次15粒(约7g),每日3次,饭前服用。两组均以12周为一疗程,共治疗1个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后胃镜象、病理组织学、血流变的改变情况及Hp阴转率。结果试验组总有效率96.67%,对照组76.67%,经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明试验组疗效明显优于对照组。试验组胃镜象、病理组织学及血流变改善情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组对Hp感染均有疗效,但经比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾活血丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,可能与其改善胃黏膜血流、抑制Hp及阻断或逆转胃癌前病变等作用有关。Objective To observe the efficacy of JianPi HuoXue Pill in treating Spleen Deficiency and Collaterals Obstruction Syndrome of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis（ CAG）,and explore the mechanism. Methods Patients in 60 cases of CAG were randomly divided into 2groups. Test group in 30 cases were treated with＂JianPi HuoXue Pill＂and control group in 30 cases were treated with＂WeiFuChun Tablet＂.The treatment course of two groups was 12 weeks. We observed the curative effect of clinical symptoms,gastroscopy signs and pathology,the eradication rate of H. pylori,and the hemorheology after one course of treatment. Then we analyzed them statistically. Results The total effect rate of the test group and the control group was 96. 67% and 76. 67% respectively. The difference was significant statistically（ P〈0. 05）. The changes of gastroscopy signs and pathology,the hemorheology between two groups had significant differences（ P〈0. 05）,but the negative conversion rate of H. pylori had no obvious statistical significance（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of JianPi HuoXue Pill in treating CAG is definite,which can improve the gastric mucosal microcirculation,inhibit the inflammatory response,block and reverse the precancerous lesions.
