泪道逆行插管治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨泪道逆行插管治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法对36例（38眼）慢性泪囊炎采用进口硅胶制成的泪道再通管逆行置入鼻泪管中，恢复其自然通道。结果36侧（38眼）中，治愈30例（31眼），有效4例（5眼），无效2例（2眼），总治愈有效率94．74％。结论逆行泪道插管治疗慢性泪囊炎成功率高，出血少，手术时间短。Objective To evaluate the effect of retrograde intubation in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods In 36 cases （38 eyes） of chronic dacryocystitis with imported silica gellacrimal tube were retrograded into the nasolacfimal duct, restoreing its natural channel. RESULTS In 36 cases （38 eyes）, 30 eases were cured （31 eyes）, effective in 4 cases（5 eyes）, invalid in 2 cases （2 eyes）, the total cure rate was 94.74%. Conclusions Retrograde lacrimal intubation for treatment of chronic dacryocystitis had short operation time , but with high success rate, less bleeding.
