摘 要:正交法优选葛根黄酮自微乳化滴丸的最佳制备工艺,研究其体外释放行为。以硬度、圆整度、丸重差异为指标,优选葛根黄酮自微乳化滴丸的最佳制备工艺。结果表明,最佳制备工艺为葛根黄酮自微乳与滴丸基质混合质量比例为1∶3.5、温度80℃、滴距10cm。葛根黄酮自微乳化滴丸10min时体外释放度为105.10%,明显高于市售愈风宁心滴丸10min时82.03%的体外释放度,本实验优选的滴丸制备工艺稳定可行。An orthogonal design was carried out to optimize the preparation of self- microemulsifying dropping pills of puerarin flavonoids(PF- SM - DP), the drug release in vitro of PF - SM - DP was investigated. Hardness, roundness, weight difference of PF - SM - DP were selected as dependent variables to optimize the preparation conditions. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows: SMEDDS and matrix mixed at weight ratio of 1:3.5,dropping temperature at 80℃ ,and dropping distance ot 10cm.The cumulative release percent of PF for SM - DP was much more than that of marketed Yufeng Ningxin dropping pills, 105.10% and 82.03% at 10min respectively. The technology was stable and feasible.
