摘　　要：目的：界定具有中国特色的口腔专科护士工作范畴，为健全相应的专科教育体系、建立专科认证提供参考。方法运用质性研究的方法，对15名专家进行面对面半结构式深入访谈，总结分析访谈结果后界定口腔专科护士工作范畴。结果初步确立了口腔专科护士工作范畴，由患者管理、临床配合、诊室管理和院感防控4个维度构成，分为基础认证和专科发展两个阶段。结论口腔专科护士工作范畴的界定对于健全专科教育体系、建立专科认证具有重要意义。Objective To establish the work scope of Chinese dental nurses and provide theory evidence for improving the establishment of specialized education system and certification .Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted to fifteen experts .The data was analyzed via qualitative research to establish the work scope of Chinese dental nurses .Results Work scope of dental nurses was established which contained four dimensions as patients management , clinical cooperation , clinic management and prevention and control of hospital infection;the scope also was divided into two stages： foundation certification and specialist development .Conclusions The work scope would play an important role in improving the establishment of specialized education system and certification .
