摘  要:为某定型增压器重新设计混流式蜗壳,使用Numeca数值分析软件分析4种不同形式流道对涡轮机性能的影响,发现梨形截面流道的效果最佳,确定梨形截面流道为设计方案。对设计方案和原径流式蜗壳进行全工况对比分析,结果表明混流蜗壳的性能优于原径流式蜗壳。为了验证分析结果的准确性,采用快速成型技术加工了新设计的蜗壳,并利用涡轮特性台架进行性能测试,结果与数据分析结果较为一致。To redesign the mixed flow volute shell of a certain turbocharger ,the influence of four different flow passages on turbocharger performance were analyzed with Numeca software .It was found that the pear-shaped section flow passage was op-timal and it was determined as the design scheme .For the designed volute and original run-off volute ,the comparison was con-ducted in all conditions and the mixed flow volute was proved to be better than the original volute .In order to verify the accura-cy of the analysis results ,the designed volute was produced with the rapid prototyping technology and was tested on a test bench .The data analysis results agreed well with the test results .
