摘 要:将铕和金属银离子共同掺杂到白炭黑中,制得一种含稀土新型无机抗菌材料。通过单因素实验得到最佳制备条件为,铕浓度0.005 mol·L-1,反应温度90℃,反应时间1 h。在此条件下制得的铕-银共掺杂抗菌白炭黑对大肠杆菌具有很好的杀菌效果,杀菌率达98%以上。采用XRD、SEM、EDS和FTIR等手段对所制备的样品进行结构形态表征,结果表明产品为无定形态,铕以两种形态存在于材料中,一种与银共生,附着在载体白炭黑上,另一种则游离在材料中,铕和银的添加并没有明显改变白炭黑原有的结构。A new inorganic antibacterial material was synthesized with white carbon black as the carrier, silver inos as antibacterial agent and europium nitrate as additives by a sol-gel method. The optimal conditions were dertermined as concentration of europiam nitrate 0. 005 mol ·L^-1, reaction temperature 90℃ and reaction time 1 h. Bacteriostasis rate was over 98% in the above conditions. The as-synthesized antibacterial material was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope ( SEM ), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). The result showed that the product of Eu-Ag codoped antibacterial white carbon black was amorphous. There were two forms for europium in the material:one is in symbiosis with silver adhered to the carrier white carbon black, and another was free in the material. The structure of Eu-Ag codoped antibacterial white carbon black and white carbon black was similar.
