稀土废渣混凝剂在焦化废水处理中的应用研究

摘  要:利用自制的稀土废渣混凝剂对焦化废水生化出水进行混凝实验研究,考察了pH值、投药量、水力条件等因素对混凝过程的影响,并对比分析了聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚合氯化铝铁(PFAC)及M180、LD101四种常用混凝剂的混凝效果。结果表明,pH在5~7时,投药量在3 mL^4 mL,水力条件为360 r/min快速搅拌10 min,90 r/min中速搅拌10min,40 r/min慢速搅拌10 min,沉淀时间15 min时达到混凝反应的最佳条件,浊度去除率可达98.63%。对比结果表明,稀土废渣混凝剂处理焦化废水的效果优于其他四种混凝剂。This paper studies rare earth residue coagulant used for treatment of coking wastewater. Effect of pH value, dosage of coagulant, water conditions and other factors on coagulation process was investigated. Coagulable effects of the coagulate by rare earth residue coagulant with poly ferric sulfate (PFS), poly aluminum ferric chloride (PAC), MI80 and LD101 were compared. The optimum conditions for the coagulation reaction were determined as pH 5 - 7, dosage of coagulant 3 - 4 mL, stirring at 360 r/min for 10 min,at 90 r/min for 10 min and at 40 r/min for 10 min and settling for 15 min. Turbidity removal rate of the wastewater treated with rare earth residue coagulant was up to 98.63%. Treatment results were better with rare earth residue coagulant than with other four coagulants.
