安子合剂治疗先兆流产的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药安子合剂治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法将105例先兆流产患者随机分为中药组(52例)和对照组(53例),中药组予安子合剂口服,对照组予黄体酮20 mg/d肌内注射治疗,治疗10 d后比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组治疗后的各症状(阴道出血、腰酸胀痛、小腹疼痛或坠胀、夜尿频繁)评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且中药组治疗后各症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组治疗后的临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.200,P=0.028)。治疗后两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论中药安子合剂治疗先兆流产效果显著,且无明显不良反应。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Anzi mixture in treatment of threatened a-bortion. Methods A total of 105 patients with threatened abortion were randomly divided into two groups： fifty-two patients in traditional Chinese medicine group received Anzi mixture treatment, and fifty-three patients in control group received intra-muscular progesterone treatment （20 mg/d）. After 10 days, therapy effect in the two groups was compared. Results The symptom scores （ vaginal hemorrhage, low back soreness and distending pain, lower abdomen pain and pendent swells, fre-quent nocturnal enuresis） in the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. The symptom scores after treatment in traditional Chinese medicine group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）; The clinical effect in the two groups showed significant difference （Z= -2. 200, P=0. 028）;No adverse reaction occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Anzi mixture in treatment of threatened abortion is effective, and has less adverse reaction.
