摘  要:为了开发蜂窝微孔涤纶/竹浆纤维混纺横编新产品,探求纱线毛羽及横编织物扭斜的解决方法,选用18.4tex蜂窝微孔涤纶/竹浆纤维Z向单纱(70/30),采用5种捻系数比,以3根合股反向加捻成股线,并测试了股线的毛羽指数及股线定捻前后编织成的纬平针织物纵行线圈扭斜角.采用Matlab对实验数据进行处理,结果表明:股线的毛羽指数随捻系数的增大先上升后下降;纵行线圈扭斜角与捻系数比成一定线性关系;蒸纱定捻后,纵行线圈扭斜角明显减小,有效降低了纵行线圈的扭斜程度.In order to develop new blended flat knitting products of honeycomb microporous polyester (PET)/bamboo fiber,and explore the yarn hairiness and flat knit skew solutions,the honeycomb microporous PET/bamboo fiber (70/30) of 18.4 tex was selected,and five kinds of twist coefficient ratio were used,and three single yarn twist-against-twist was made into plied yarn.The hairiness index of plied yarn and longitudinal coil torsion angle of weft plain fabric which was woven by plied yarn before and after steaming set twist were tested.The experimental data was dealt by Matlab.The results showed that the hairiness index of plied yarns increased and then decreased with the increase of twist coefficient ratio.There was a certain linear relationship between longitudinal coil torsion angle and twist coefficient ratio.The longitudinal coil torsion angle and the degree of skew longitudinal coil was significantly reduced after plied yarn steaming set twist.
