摘 要:针对海底交流电缆输电系统发生的单相短路和三相短路故障,在PSCAD/EMTDC平台上搭建仿真模型,仿真计算了短路故障引起的暂态过电压。对于110 kV中性点接地和35 kV中性点不接地海底电缆输电系统,分别对不同输送功率、不同输送距离和不同短路容量等情况下海缆的暂态过电压进行了仿真,计算了海缆线路上产生的最大过电压值,分析了最大过电压与这些变量之间的变化关系以及内在的物理机理。研究结果对于海缆线路和变电站的绝缘水平以及其他系统参数的确定具有参考价值。To analyze the transient overvoltage caused by single-phase short circuit or three-phase short circuit in AC submarine cable system, simulation models were built on the platform PSCAD/EMTDC. For the neutral point grounded AC submarine cable system rated at 110 kV and the neutral point isolated AC submarine cable system rated at 35 kV, the overvoltage was calculated in the conditions of different transmission power, transmission distance, and short circuit capacity, and the relationship between the maximum overvoltage and these variables was analyzed. Moreover, the physical mechanism was discussed. This study may provide a reference for determining system parameters and insulation levels of submarine cable lines and substations.
