我国服务外包产业的综合竞争力评价研究

摘　　要：基于城市市辖区GDP和第三产业就业人数两个主要指标,兼顾国家对相应城市的政策,设定阈值,在我国直辖市和地级市中提取出59个具有服务外包业发展基础和潜力的城市,然后通过构建相关评价指标体系,采用主成分分析方法进行定量研究.最后得出各城市发展服务外包业的竞争力情况.评价结果表明:(1)我国服务外包产业的发展与经济的分布具有很大的相似性,具有竞争力的城市主要集中在东部沿海,且集中在长江三角洲经济区、珠江三角洲经济区、环渤海经济区三大区域;(2)各城市的竞争力差异较大,北京、上海、广州、成都等城市的竞争力突出.Based on the GDP of urban municipal district and the quantity of the third industry employment ,giving consideration to the corresponding policies of the city ,setting a threshold value ,we derived 59 cities w hich has a basic development of outsourcing services from the cities in China .By building a relevant evaluation index system , using factor analysis method to the quantitative research ,we concluded that the competitive of outsourcing service industry in urban .The evaluation results show that ：（1）The distribution of China’s outsourcing service industry development has a great similarity with the distribution of economic .It is mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal cities ,especially in the Yangtze river delta economic zone ,the Pearl river delta economic zone ,the Bohai sea economic zone ;（2）The differences of competitiveness between cities are huge ,Beijing , Shanghai ,Guangzhou ,Chengdu with a obvious competitiveness ,the others with a huge differences .
